Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
Solace Labs ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers and Methods
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii may take 4–7 business days.

- Flat rate: $15 per order
- Free shipping on orders over $200
- Discreet packaging on every order
Cold Chain Integrity
All temperature-sensitive products ship with appropriate insulation and cold packs. We monitor weather conditions and may delay shipment to protect product integrity during extreme heat.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days or if the package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact support@solacexlabs.com. See our Refund Policy for resolution.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before the order ships.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The shipping label lists “Solace Labs” as the sender; nothing on the exterior identifies the contents.
